Evergreen After School Club is a partner organization of 21st CCLC/ARIN IU28 which offers after school and summer program that serves K-8 students and their families in Indiana and Armstrong Counties. The program is open to all students, regardless of a student’s intellectual or physical abilities or their income levels. The students benefit from trained professional staff of approximately 60 individuals (many of whom have backgrounds in education) in a caring atmosphere; their goal is to not only to provide a safe place for children to go after school, but to also provide educational opportunities and assistance.
Our Mission
Evergreen After School Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the educational and character development of youth in a safe and caring environment. Annually, Evergreen After School Club serves over 500 members and their families in one Armstrong County and four Indiana County school districts. They benefit from trained, caring, professional staff and volunteers. Our program is federally funded and all students in the member districts are eligible to participate, free of charge.
Our History
Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in this area, we formed our organization to provide sensible solutions. Originally part of the Boys and Girls Club of America, we've been providing after school programming for nearly 20 years. We've consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community! We are happy to partner with ARIN IU 28 to provide outstanding STEM, physical fitness, academic help, and SEL to the youth of Indiana and Armstrong Counties.

Evergreen ARIN 21CLCC After School Clubs operates fun and engaging school year programs Monday-Thursday (M-F for Penns Manor & United) from dismissal to 5:30-6:00pm, depending on the site. Your kiddos will love the fun, hands-on activities, and you'll love that they're learning in a safe, structured, nurturing environment. Every day, your child will receive homework help & a snack and benefit from STEAM activities and structured physical fitness.
Our clubs are available at NO COST to the students of Ben Franklin, East Pike, Eisenhower, Homer-Center, United , Penns Manor, and David Leech Elementary Schools. Students in Indiana Junior High and grades 6-7 in Penns Manor are also eligible to join.
Student participation ages and transportation are site-specific, so make certain to read the registration form carefully.

Evergreen ARIN 21CLCC Before School Clubs operate Monday-Friday, 7:00am-8:00am BEFORE SCHOOL and provide a structured, safe, and nurturing environment for our youth, at no cost to parents/guardians.
Our traditional after school club will meet from dismissal until 5:30pm, Monday-Friday, and will include grades K-5 in PM Elementary, grades 6-7 in PM High School, and grades K-6 in UN Elementary.
